Europeans: Greeks' ready cash running low, aid talks lagging

Greece needs to deliver on its promises for economic changes and turn improved relations with creditor nations into much-needed funding or it risks running out of cash within a matter of weeks, European finance ministers said Tuesday at a meeting in Brussels.
